Our guest house
from the South of the Arcachon BAY
" Chez Pascale et Patrick "

Our guest house
Our house is one of the oldest of the road. It is very close to the "Landes de Gascogne" forest, 5 minutes cycling from the Mios / Bazas cycle path along the Leyre river, 10 minutes walk from the city center. It is a real heaven of peace!
This house, transformed into a guest house in 2017 has been restored, enlarged and delicatly decorated. We wished an optimised confort for our guests, this is why we have created a living room for your exclusive use. You can also use the dining room and the terrace. We share them with you.

The dining room
The dining room has a large, convivial table that welcomes all guests for the table d'hôtes and breakfast when the weather does not allow it to be taken outside on the terrace.
You'll find:
-
A courtesy tray for preparing hot or cold drinks with coffee, herbal tea from the garden, and a wide selection of teas. Why not make yourself a drink and enjoy it on the terrace during those long summer evenings?
-
A refrigerator (with a freezer compartment) for storing fresh produce and packaging your cold packs.
-
A microwave.
Table d'hôtes by reservation.

The Guest Room
Upstairs is a lounge dedicated to our guests. It's a bright room equipped for leisure.
This room is for you.
You will find there:
-
A television (TNT channels) with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs,
-
A library (including books by local authors; please ask if you can't find them),
-
Board games,
-
Stuffed toys for the little ones,
-
Tourist information about the region.

The pleasure garden
The terrace and the ornamental garden of the guest house are a real little paradise:
-
Feel free to smell the aromatic plants in our vegetable patches and guess which one they are.
-
Take advantage of the lounge chairs at your disposal.
Breakfasts and table d'hôtes are served on the terrace in good weather.
It is possible to park bicycles in the pleasure garden (enclosed and without visibility from the street and with a locked gate).

The private vegetable garden
We're virtually self-sufficient when it comes to certain fruits and vegetables.
And following my training in plant-based cuisine, edible flowers are very present in our vegetable garden!
