THE DUNE OF PILAT

Another must-do excursion in the Bay: a visit to the Dune of Pilat, the second most visited natural site in France, after the Bay of Mont Saint Michel.

A walk that's certainly worth it, but it's definitely worth it!

Made up of approximately 60 million cubic meters of sand, the Dune of Pilat measures 100 to 115 meters high depending on the year. In 2020, it was 2.9 kilometers long, 616 meters wide, and 102.5 meters high.
